EmpowerED assesses your organization's current systems and processes  through staff interviews, onsite observations, 

questionnaires, and data analysis to identify opportunities for greater efficiencies. The Assessment program takes 3-6 weeks to complete depending on the project's size and scope. The final report includes quantifiable data and a recommended approach to solve the identified problems, which may even include blind spots and issues that clients were not aware of.

EmpowerED School Business offers a comprehensive Training and Development program specifically designed for the your educational organization. The program may include monthly workshops, District-specific how-to training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all solutions are clearly and thoroughly implemented. The subjects and approaches are best determined after the successful completion of an EmpowerED Assessment.  Training and Development may last 6-12 months depending on size and scope. 

Based on your requirements, our Operations Improvement Consultant service is designed to provide support and development for clients with more than two programs to address and an operational budget over $100M more than 1,000 staff. Our contractual agreement for a set number of hours per month best suited for complex projects and timelines.
